Only one rental unit will be there on a single parcel, hence the name private parcel.
Meant for those who want more privacy than normal rentals but could not afford the land rentals.
Nearby chat will be private.
You will have limited access to land settings so that you can set the following:
- Environment/Windlight
- Music URL
Parcel Media/Deeded Media is allowed.
Better Cam and Voice privacy
- A Resident on an adjacent parcel could not cam in or listen to your voice, which means even if another resident has a rental at the same level as you, even if it is in close range they couldn't see avatars or listen to your voice.
Security device to protect your area is provided to avoid others using your unit/furniture.
Security range is higher than on shared parcels even if not full parcel range.
Can request for a specific person to be banned from the entire parcel by contacting us.

Rental Units are kept 100m to 500m apart in the sky on the same parcel, hence the name Shared Parcel.
Meant for those who need more area for a lesser cost and lower prims.

You can request a media player which will play music for you and your visitors as an alternative to parcel music access.
Cam and Voice privacy is restricted to the parcel
- A Resident on an adjacent parcel could not cam in or listen to your voice, which means even if another resident has a rental at the same level as you, even if it is in close range they couldn't see avatars or listen to your voice.
- This also means a person living at the same parcel as yours might be able to see you depending on their viewer settings. We try to keep a minimum of units per parcel unlike most rental companies to minimize this and most do not bother to cam, but if this concerns you and you want full privacy, please use our land rentals or rentals with the private parcels.
Allowed to rezz only within the allocated area.

Low-cost rentals
Regions are maintained by LL directly
No way to do region-level bans
Regions are connected to each other to form continents just like in real life
High draw distances (Above 96m) might cause lag issues as you would be rezzing multiple regions at once
Roads and waterways that span over several regions can be found easily
There is no covenant which means freedom but it also means the neighbourhood can undergo undesirable changes anytime
Hard to sell land and move - so it is better to rent as transfers can be easily done by contacting us
Sky can be really chaotic - we try our best to get lands that have lot of abandoned land around it to keep this to the minimum

High-performance regions owned and maintained by residents - in this case, by us
Better region performance as we have more control over it
Easier to do region bans in case of stalkers
Regions are often surrounded by water and isolated form the rest
Limited length of waterways and roads
Less lag as you would be rezzing only one region at a time even if draw distance is high
There covenant is strict which also means the neighbourhood conditions do not change drastically
Renting Land/parcels is the same as owning land, thus you can enjoy land ownership without the drawbacks
Sky is less busy and much more organized
