Please make sure the movement and animations of your breedables/pets/babies are turned off to avoid lag.

You are allowed to rezz anywhere at the ground level and sky, but please be considerate to your neighbours.

Make sure you use only the allocated prims. If you stay over prim we reserve the right to adjust the rate to cover the prim(LI) usage.

You can add your partner/friends as subtenants to the rental unit if required.

If you have things rezzed by someone else at your place you should keep them added to the rental unit as long as you wish to keep their objects. Objects that are found from avatars who are not added as tenant/subtenant at the rental strip will be returned without notice.

Parcel ban lines are not allowed, other parcel privacy settings can be changed on request.

Rent needs to be paid on time, your objects will be returned anytime on failure to do so.

You are provided full privacy from adjacent parcels (no camming, no voice).

These units are intended for those who cannot afford private region lands but need privacy and/or freedom to build without a covenant. This might come at the cost of lag issues, so if you face anything of that sort please contact us for alternative solutions.

Commercial use is allowed.

If you wish to include your land in Search, you need to pay L$30/Week search fee over the rent as it will be getting charged to the land group by LL.

Apart from the above the general Terms & Conditions is also applicable.
